I'm leaving a review for my overall experience, aimed at how HH schedules appointments. This is not for the individual stylist whatsoever! I booked a blow dry in advance of family photos. When I called to book, I clarified the expected timeframe of the appointment, so that I would be done with enough buffer time. When I arrived at my appointment, the stylist was booked back to back with no time in between. I waited for 20 minutes past my appointment time before I was able to be seen. The salon is not a blow dry bar so if you're looking for a fancy, a full-blown volume is blow out, this is not the place

I absolutely love Laura, she is the best at what she does. I see her on a weekly basis for anything from a wash and blowout to gloss, color correction (from prior hairstylist/salon), to deep conditioning treatments. I have extremely difficult to manage curly/kinky hair, and usually stylists can get extremely frustrated (I have even had one start crying). However, Laura knows exactly how to manage and care for my previously damaged hair!

I've always had good experiences, but lately when I go online to schedule there are limited appointments available due to limited staff. It seems like a revolving door- I just wish I could have a " regular" to book with .
