I love the person who was teaching the class! Her name is Lydia! Endless joy! Enough challenges to move on with a progress! Simply excellent!
Lydia hosted our party and was a wonderful instructor! We were mostly first timers and she was super encouraging, walking everyone through each move until they nailed it. Definitely a fun group activity.
Tried aerial fitness at Lydia's studio yesterday and had such a fun time! Lydia made the whole class super easy to follow and kept it fun the entire time. It honestly never even felt like a workout because I was too busy enjoying it . Definitely coming back for another class!
Lydia is a fantastic teacher! The class was a good challenge and so much fun.
I went here with a group and had a great time! Lydia is an excellent instructor. She's encouraging but doesn't push you further than you're prepared to go. I managed to pull off some moves that I didn't think I'd be able to at first.
