My experience with Air 7 Seas was a phenomenal. From start to finish, they were communicative and went the extra mile! I had a unique experience transporting my goods from Hilo, which is a different course most shippers do not port. This company will lie to you about materials and volume to get more money out of you. Awful company and we will never use them again.
AIR 7 SEAS was the shipping partner in moving my items from the Philippines to the US. There were no delays in getting my items onto ship transport and there were no issues in getting my items through US customs and delivered to my home address in the US. They provided the required paperwork for me to sign. Everything arrived without any damages or losses. They responding to my questions promptly and were able to keep me informed throughout the process.
Fayaz and Titoa worked very closely with us to make sure our product was delivered on time. Gave us consistent updates on timing so we knew when to expect the shipment.
