She’s absolutely awful. It’s beyond bad bedside manner, it’s bad character. She didn’t make eye contact with me once, she didn’t give me medicine for my nerves for the procedure until she was already cleaning my back for the injection. Then yelled at me to hold still! When she didn’t even numb it enough and I cried out from pain, she yelled at me telling me thousands of people have had this done and tolerated it better than me! Asked me if she should just quit since I ‘couldn’t handle it’ etc. how she holds a medical license... read more
