I normally do not like leaving reviews for local businesses, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The service took approximately 9 hours to complete. While I appreciate the time and effort that went into the appointment, spending that many hours at the salon made the experience exhausting. The entire staff here is so warm and friendly from the moment you walk through the door; this is truly the best place to be for pampering and great hair! Chris did another amazing job on my hair today, creating a gorgeous fresh color and applying a deep treatment that made my hair incredibly soft, shiny, and healthy. I always leave the salon feeling amazing and highly recommend!
My first experience was disappointing. I booked what was supposed to be a one-hour haircut appointment, but the service felt rushed and was finished in about 30 minutes. My scalp also wasn't rinsed properly after the wash, and it became itchy over the next few days. I decided to give the salon another chance and booked a second appointment. Master Stylist Alert! Absolutely Phenomenal Experience! I recently got my hair done by Marquee at AIO Hair Salon, and to say I’m thrilled with the result is an understatement!
