We had called day before that we would be in early on Wed AM. We needed a new axel on our travel trailer. They had replaced with a new one and we were on the road again in 3 hours. Great staff and we were happy campers on the road again. Thanks Jerry & staff
Absolutely the best business I have ever dealt with!!! The staff is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and really cares about their customers! Jared did an amazing job of fixing my boat trailer a year ago! Recently, a fiberglass boat repair company bent the jaw and damaged the brake system. Ainsworth bent over backwards to help me fight the company and quickly make my trailer safe again! I was traveling from Texas to Cheyenne outside of Denver when the tandems broke all 8 lugs off out in the middle of nowhere. Called Jerry and he was all over it to get parts and help to me. Hubby (over the road owner/operator) unloaded in Platteville, CO on a Saturday afternoon and needed a leveling valve for his trailer. I Googled and made about 12 phone calls and was finally given Ainsworth number. These guys went over and above to locate/get the parts to the mechanic, (who was busy) and called me back with directions and had the mechanic ready to get us fixed, as hubby had to be in Texas. They repaired my horse trailer as promised, on time and for less than the original bid. Highly recommend them!!!
