Had a great experience with my pedicure except the technician left my nails a tad too long after asking her to cut them down more, and did not administer the correct change on my charge (shorted me $10)

Lisa was wonderful. I came as a walk in with no issues. I received a relaxing manicure. While my nails were soaking I received a great 10 minute massage. 10/10 experience! Highly recommend

You receive a discount when paying with cash, which is wonderful. Vanessa is excellent at shaping my fingernails and toenails. The manager (?), the one who does not wear a name tag is a little passive aggressive. She will knowingly seat walk ins out of order. She did not do a great job when she gave me a manicure back in April so I make sure not to have her work on me.

Ainslie Beauty Lounge is the best nail salon in Brooklyn! I have been going there for years and they always do an excellent job. It’s so clean and well organized, and everyone who works there is nice. Highly recommend!

Nightmare eyebrow wax. I look like an art project and also the tip pouch was put right in front of me after they apologized for the wax. Insane. Avoid this place!
