Heat pump 18 months old, stopped working last sat. called, did not get service in 24 hrs, but Monday morning. Was told the thermostat went bad, they did not have one, brought one today, Wednesday. Worked less than one hour, blew very cold air out. worked on and off then would shut off. Had to have service man back, came at 4 p.m. This time stated needed an air filter, worked again for an hour. Have had my heat pump 18 months. Saturday night it stopped working and told me to call for service. When I called i was told they could not get to me until Tuesday, yet they advertise 24 hr. emergency service. I did what i was suppose to do, have them come out every 6 months to have the system checked. I am 83, live alone and have many health issues. Insalled a heat pump on5-28-24. Contract was to remove old furnace, instead the furnace was pushed back in a corner in front of a door to back room. Jordan Dickey was to come and renove the old furnace, but does not show when he says he is coming or does not call when he is to call. We used Ainsley Heating and Cooling to install mini splits in our home in May. We couldn’t be happier with their service, professionalism, and knowledge of our needs! They got the job done in a clean efficient manner and we have been very pleased with our systems!!

I had to get a new air conditioner. Ron came and explained my options. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, plus answered my questions. The three men who came to install the AC, were courteous and professional. Ainsley has serviced my heating and air for over 5 years. AWESOME company!!! Brenda S.
