Insalled a heat pump on5-28-24. Contract was to remove old furnace, instead the furnace was pushed back in a corner in front of a door to back room. Jordan Dickey was to come and renove the old furnace, but does not show when he says he is coming or does not call when he is to call. I had to get a new air conditioner. Ron came and explained my options. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, plus answered my questions. The three men who came to install the AC, were courteous and professional. Ainsley has serviced my heating and air for over 5 years. AWESOME company!!! Brenda S.
