We submitted his case Aftab for visa in New Zealand. They didn't submit complete documents etc., despite of multiple follow up and reminders they didn't respond to calls and messages. They took their fees in advance and we lost immigrations fees too. These people are dodgy agents we will be submitting our complaints to migration authorities.

Very bad service and incompetent staff. They don’t track your case and they don’t provide accurate information and get you into paying the initial amount and then there is silence.
