Michelle Murray was the best insurance agent ever. She answered a phone call with both myself and my husband on the phone late one night. We were pretty worked up about a situation with a past insurance and she was so kind and helpful. She is a great listener and easy to talk to. She always returns calls or text in a prompt manner.
