I have been happy with Dr. Parks but im in process of looking for another cardiologist. Office staff never returns call s.i LM on Tuesday Thursday and Friday not one call. Even nurse line noone answer. This is completely unacceptable. They are not that busy at front desk every minute 8 hours a day.
This woman is treated my husband for years. He became very ill with internal bleeding. Long story short, my husband called her after being in the hospital with this internal bleeding letting her know it was still going on and she told him to keep an eye on it. Nothing to keep an eye on when you can’t see blood. He was suppose to go to Hopkins to have a watchman put in his heart for blood clots but couldn’t do it because of the bleeding. Dr Park, she’s very caring. She understands she gets everything done that she needs to get done and she makes sure that we are on our medicines and we’re doing everything properly.
I arrived early, as requested. Was checked in quickly and taken to the exam room right on time. The nurse that took my vitals and history was very nice. Spent the time. Listened. She assured me that Dr. Park would take care of me and as she left the room said she messaged Dr Park to let her know I was ready. She said she would be with me in a few minutes.
