PLEASE BE AWARE I BEG YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH WILLIAM M. HEFLEY We went to Hefley on May 7th talked about the charges and he had us sign the retainer fee to collect payment. My husband's court date was on june 4th. Hefley promised that he would submit the the notice of appearance as counsel to the judge the next day may 8th.
