The rats have changed my scathing review from the winter. She is AWFUL and so are her colleagues. So unprofessional! I had come with my now ex for relationship counseling at the time, and she behaved so contemptuously that I felt shocked. Later, my ex confessed that he and she were flirting in a way that I couldn’t see, and that they had later hooked up. Apparently, that did not go well because then the office simply ghosted us. First and foremost I called to make an appt for my mom yesterday, and the customer service I received was exceptional. The lady Nina answered my questions in such a professional and caring manner. It's been a long time since I received such great impression of a medical facility and customer care,. Thank you for your patience and professionalism. You made me feel better knowing my mom will be in good hands. Kudos the her!

This place is simply awesome. It has changed my life. Dr. Bernas has been fantastic. She found vitamin and hormonal deficiencies in my bloodwork and put me on a regimen. She is now my new GP. I am also seeing Dr. Aimee Harris-Newon for therapy. Her radio show on WCPT 820 Sunday mornings at 10am is what led me to this oasis in the vast healthcare desert. Thank you CFIHW!
