First and foremost I called to make an appt for my mom yesterday, and the customer service I received was exceptional. The lady Nina answered my questions in such a professional and caring manner. It's been a long time since I received such great impression of a medical facility and customer care,. Thank you for your patience and professionalism. You made me feel better knowing my mom will be in good hands. Kudos the her!
This place is simply awesome. It has changed my life. Dr. Bernas has been fantastic. She found vitamin and hormonal deficiencies in my bloodwork and put me on a regimen. She is now my new GP. I am also seeing Dr. Aimee Harris-Newon for therapy. Her radio show on WCPT 820 Sunday mornings at 10am is what led me to this oasis in the vast healthcare desert. Thank you CFIHW!
Therapist on staff almost ruined my relationship. She checked off all 5 warning signs of a bad therapist.
This place is terrible. It destroyed a marriage instead of helping repair it. I do not recommend going here.
They have hidden charges they won't tell you about. I got charged $200 for a 10 minute call. They never told me of any cost, then accused me of lying after I called them to state I was never told of the cost. Their charges are way higher than others in the area for their services.
