best nails i’ve ever had. yall just tripping. some of those girls are from luxara and everywhere else. they are a hidden gem 5 stars
Terrible customer service called 15 minutes before the appointment to tell us that the girl was sick and she needed to reschedule
The lady that did my nails today at booth 5 was high and kept nodding out. It was unprofessional and honestly made me really uncomfortable. I kept waiting for the staff around to notice and kept trying to get their attention but no one seemed to care. I asked to speak with the owner and all she said was thanks for letting me know. In my opinion they already knew about it and that’s no way to conduct business.
Super friendly staff! Quality work. Went for part of a girls weekend. They were very accommodating for party of 5. Highly recommended.
