Royal Crest - Nashua, NH- no longer maintains the control over the community that it used to have. Noise is a HUGE problem. Many of the tenants these days are millenials, who think nothing of partying all night and who care nothing about their noise and screaming! They have little concern for any other tenants. Complaints and pleas, to Royal Crest Management fall upon deaf ears. Unethical and illegal business practices. The application states that the holding fee will be refunded if application is cancelled within 24 hours. They do not list an email on their website so I submitted a cancellation request via their online form and also called the next morning within the 24 hours of application. The woman that responded to the phone call assured me the holding fee would be refunded. I never received the refund. When I disputed the charge on my credit card, Aimco claims that charge is valid. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The staff in both the leasing offices and at the corporate level are unprofessional, they do not care about the tenants, and they will take advantage of you every opportunity they get. I moved into the *** Bellevue Apartments in Nashville, TN after losing my previous apartment to a devastating fire. I had no issues when I was actually living in the apartment, besides minor things which were fixed after contacting them numerous times. However, after moving out in October, I have yet to receive my security deposit and it is now December. After not receiving it in November, I emailed the book keeper, who sent me my move-out statement showing the amount I should receive by check. I did not get a reply and proceeded to call. 20 years I've been renting, I'm a landlord myself and have been a realtor in NYC and Minneapolis. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I moved from Midtown Manhattan and couldn't stand the noise so I chose to leave. I found someone who wanted to take over my lease. They approved him and required a 60 day notice. I did that and he notified his landlord to end his month to month. They set a move in date for the new tenant and I found a new place to live. They then postponed his move in for no reason. Hmm let’s see... AIMCO management has left me with no AC for two weeks with no window unit (still paid the same rent even though I physically couldn’t stay in the apartment during the summer due to the heat), charges me to park at my own place of living where I already pay rent, lost 2 of my packages and did not help me with that situation, got rid of security, got rid of trash valet and put in gross garbage bins that attract more wild animals and leave us with less parking, used my bathroom during a maintenance fix and left... read more

Super expensive apartments first of all. Old property, Planes flying over you every 5 mins, Loud noisy environment, lots of robberies, my electric bike got stolen from outside my patio, my friends car was towed from outside my apartment, paid $400 AND horrible management.
