I live at one of their properties. To say the least it has been unbelievably painful having to work with management and this company. I purchased a parking spot for my motorcycle when I was a few months into my lease (which required us to sign a new lease). I sell the back half way through my lease. I call up to cancel my parking spot. "Sorry it is in your lease you can't cancel.". Yet they can re-write the lease to include it but not exclude it.
