If I could rate AIMCO less that one star I would. I have lived in my unit for over 2 years. They have been absolutely miserable to work with. Very inflexible and unwilling to work with me as a tenant during a difficult time. In addition, I've had a number of issues with the unit including water shutoffs, trash collection, heat, etc. I highly discourage anyone from renting from them or working with them in any capacity. worst experience ever !!!!. They accused me of running a airbnb and when i showed the proof i wasn't they still didn't care and threw me out my home like a dog.
Avoid at all cost.
