We purchased a house that had a water softening system and there was an AIM sticker on it. Once we moved in I noticed the water was hard and had iron staining. I contacted AIM to service the water softener and add an air injection system for the iron. The service technician came out and changed the sediment filter. He did not touch the softener or provide a quote for the air injection. AIM then sent me a bill for $150! I had the filters already and I pay $10 per filter from Amazon.
