My son gets services and is in self directed which is wonderful. But AIM the agency he gets it through is a night mare. His staff are constantly harraed and have to fight to use pro or vacation. We also find it next to impossible to get them to approve anything we put in for that is in his budget. Whether it's family or staff putting information it. I can't help but wonder what happens to the money left over if it isn't spent and if AIM is deying requests and pocketing the money at the end of the year.
