In my opinion some of the negative reviews with AIM Realty Group are unwarranted. My apartment had several updates including new laminate wood floors, new toilet, new vanity, and a new stainless steel dishwasher and microwave. This really made the unit stand out to me compared to other units that I toured in neighboring west suburban communities. The apartment was also located in downtown Clarendon Hills which appealed to me because I wanted to live in a neighborhood setting, that was close to Metra. My only major complaint ... read more
I have been trying to contact this company about an “unpaid balance” on my credit from 2016 that I wasn’t aware of. They will not respond to me nor answer the phone. UPDATE: It took a 1 star review to get them to respond. They are unprofessional and LIARS! How can you say on a review I owe you thousands but in my email you have no information on me?
