If there were zero stars, I would give him that rating. After asking me about my kitchen and bath updates (which I informed him had all been done within the last 2 years), he listed them as 6-10 years old in his report and refused to change when brought to his attention. Even said that if he changed that number in the report, it wouldn't change the value he entered. Really? 3 updated baths and a kitchen, don't change the value of a house?
