Owning and managing various properties was so overwhelming I was looking to sell better as I could no longer deal with all the stress. I used AIM Properties as my last resort before I sold my properties and it was the best decision I could have made. They have now maintained my properties 2 years and the investment hiring them is so worth it! I no longer worry about anything not even receiving calls from my renters daily, they take care of everything!!! Thank you AIM Properties keep up the great work!

Don and his team are wonderful people! I have been renting an apartment with AIM Properties and never encountered any problems. They always take care of me and make sure if I have any maintenance issues they take care of them in a very timely manner. I will not be moving out any time soon I am treated to well!

AIM Properties has managed my properties for over a year now and I could have not chose a better company. They make sure all my properties are up to date with maintenance and anything they have to do I receive a original receipt for that job. They also interact with my renters every month delivering a envelope reminding them of their monthly rent due. Overall I am really content with AIM Properties managing my properties!

I have rented from Aim properties for two years now. I recently had something happen with the kitchen sink, and when I called in they sent someone to handle it immediately. Whoever answered the phone was very helpful and sent someone to the house that day. It's so nice living in a place where the landlords take care of their tenants.

If you are an owner, do not use Aim Properties. They will treat you like a tenant. Owners can not call the property manager. Owners only have the number to the front desk receptionists who just forward the message. Then you must wait days for a call back. Receptionists are clueless. All Aim does is collect and deposit rent, nothing else. They do not provide reports of repairs. Owners must calculate this at the end of the year for taxes. They are not hands on. Terrible company – I wish iclark and cindyb would stop posting bogus reviews on citysearch and start doing their jobs. No wonder they never answer the phone. Seriously, they have messed up in almost every way I can think of. How many excuses have I heard why they haven't repaired the list of problems that THEY ASKED FOR. They try to charge 3 time the late fee that is in my lease. They haven't done any maintenance on the outside that I can see except changing a few light bulbs even though the place is literally falling apart.... read more

Another Actual Renter – I really wish there was a zero star option. This company took over managing my apartment complex around a year ago and I have only managed to speak to someone there twice. Once when another apartment adjacent to mine was having a plumbing problem, and another time because my rent was late (of course they didn't call until 19 days after the due date, and only to threaten eviction). They keep attempting to charge late fees for rent that the actual owners don't know about according to the other tenants. ... read more

Aim Properties – I have rented from Aim for many year. They have taken very good care of me. I have called many times for different things and they were out to my house within two days depending on the problem sometimes sooner. I have sent people to them and they treated them with respect and kindness. I have never had any problem with anyone who worked there. When I go into the office they always say hello and ask how I am doing. Thank you Aim!
