I have been renting for over 10 years now and I have never worked with a property management company or landlord that is so unprofessional. Their level of service is completely unacceptable. They are incredibly hard to reach in any way. messages in the tenant portal have gone unanswered for months at a time, maintenance request or anything regarding the apartment also goes unanswered. Good quality service very professional Katrina and Aden are awesome and super friendly. Both Katrina and Aden take the time to not only walk you through the process but make sure that they find you the perfect property and at an affordable price both are very knowledgeable and highly informative. I highly suggest Aims Properties
As several of the other reviewers stated, from the owner perspective, AIM Properties is not responsive, not professional, does not pass along payments on time and has offered little to no value. Waste of money. Look elsewhere when looking to find a property management company.
These people are virtually non-responsive, but seem to be active on their Google review responses. Perhaps this 1 star review will get their attention (phone calls and tenant portal messages go unreturned). I experienced a massive roof leak 91 days ago…yes 91 days ago. The leak caused damage to personal property and occurred in the heart of monsoon season. The roof was repaired approximately 2.5 weeks ago (after the monsoon season ended and several leaks occurred).
