Have been renting at the place i am at for 10 years now.there have been multiple times Katrina and others have gone out of there way to help me figure out the solutions and situations to get the things I needed done.thank you guys for all you do especially Katrina.
I definitely would not recommend it if you have a budget. The rent was raised after a year of no upgrade on anything and I mean nothing, but a necessity in the house. I guess it's not Albuquerque NM to do right.

Great overall experience so far. I have rented from AIM properties for 52 months & counting (4 years 4 months). Nice 4 bedroom 2 bath home in SW Albuquerque in an HOA neighborhood. The team is pretty responsive to any service request done on the tenant portal. They’ve gotten me the garage door motor, AC, toilet, and water heater serviced per my requests.
