I have never been the one to leave a warning review, but I feel obligated to here. If you are a property owner, run away. I own several properties that I rent, and when I moved to ABQ we decided to rent for a bit before picking the right neighborhood for us to buy in. AIM was the property manager, and it was a horrible experience for both us and the homeowner. They would never answer emails or calls (from us or the homeowner) when something was wrong. I have been renting for over 10 years now and I have never worked with a property management company or landlord that is so unprofessional. Their level of service is completely unacceptable. They are incredibly hard to reach in any way. messages in the tenant portal have gone unanswered for months at a time, maintenance request or anything regarding the apartment also goes unanswered.
