We had AIM come by to install some toilets. The first trip went fine (I actually liked the work which is why they get two stars instead of one), though I had to reorder one toilet because it was the wrong height (my fault) and rescheduled that last part of the job. We had an appointment this morning to install the last toilet and that's where things went wrong. After waiting over four hours, I finally found out the plumber was in Penticton this morning (4-5 hours away) and could not possibly have made it at the promised time... read more

Neil from Aim Plumbing has done an excellent job repairing my kitchen drain pipe! My drain pipe could easily clog in the past. Neil diagnosed the drain pipe and found the pipe and pipe junction behind the wall causing the drain clogging. He replaced them and fixed the wall as well. Now my kitchen drain works very well, and the wall looks neat. What great professional work! I would like to recommend Neil and Aim Plumbing for plumbing work.

I am a landlord with a townhome 60 minutes away. I had Neil, from Aim, for the second time in 2 years, for two different jobs, over to the home. On the two occasions, he was on time, professional, completed the tasks, for a fair price. I highly recommend, if you are in need of a plumber, call Neil at Aim.
