The staff is unbelievably effiecient the printing prices are by far the best in town. I was amazed that we were able to get 5000 postcards printed in one day turn-around. and they were better than I expected.

Stay away from this place unless you enjoy paying sky high prices. I stopped in to buy stamps and they charge more than the post office...I walked out laughing and went to the grocery store.

I used AIM a few times and realized their pricing was ridiculous compared to other shops in the area. I have been a west Olympia resident for over 25 years and have seen businesses come and go. I have a feeling if it wasn't for the fact that they are corporate they would have already gone under. I was directly lied to by the owner twice about shipping rates and was basically treated like I knew nothing when I questioned the disparity in pricing between his shop, online Fedex rates and others in the area offering the same ser... read more

I used to use AIM Mail Center in west Olympia until I figured out what a ripoff they are. I can understand paying a bit more for convenience or service, but their prices are downright insulting! Easily the most expensive shipping center in town. They claim their prices are the same as Fedex and UPS but that is completely untrue. The price checks I did for my home based business were easily 30% more than other local competitors!
