I’ve been using this business randomly for over 15 years now…the staff is consistently unpleasant. Always attitude with everyone… Don’t trouble them with your admin needs, head to the sweet shop across from the post office or use the UPS store. These people should not be interacting with the public.
This shop only employs the most capable of people. They know the job inside and out and can handle any shipping question.
We have used aim mail for 4-6 years and they are all Amazon. Jessica is always beyond helpful and we greatly appreciate all that they do!
