I usually have a great experience when inside the mail center, but when I called the store to ask a question about some mail I dropped off, Julia was extremely condescending and rude in response to a simple question. She should not pick up the phone again if that’s how she’s going to treat people.

I visited this mail office to print some pictures for placards for the Iranian protest on February 24. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive. They not only helped me quickly and professionally, but they also expressed their support and shared kind wishes for the Iranian people. ♥️🤍💚

Since summer 2025, this store has become increasingly unreliable. It often closes hours early without notice, and more recently has been closed for entire days—leaving the front door propped open with tape so carriers can drop packages on the floor, completely unsecured. This is unacceptable for a paid mailbox service that promises secure, signed-for deliveries.
