AIM , Dana Point has made my job much easier! I have been working with them for a few years. They take care of my weekly printing needs for my business and are very helpful, even when I give them a last minute print job.
TERRIBLE SERVICE – So, as a student and full time intern, I need things in a hurry and I need them done correctly. Especially when I pay outrageous prices for the service. Not only did the mail center charge WAY too much for their services, they didn't do it on time and they did it incorrectly. I only stayed and used their services because I was in a time crunch. I have been in your store a few times and each time the staff has been friendly and very helpful. You never feel as if you are taking them away from a task to help you, and I'm sure I did. Your store is one of the most pleasant business experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you to your staff.
Do not know how to pack – I went there to have a display model packed and shipped. It cost $25 just to box it. I trusted that they knew what they were doing. It arrived broken, and now I am presenting a broken gift to someone special. I it was packaged right, it would've been safe, no matter how Fedex handled it, . Shame on me for not just going to UPS directly. They at least know what they're doing. Shabby.
Best shipping place in town – This is a fun little place; went in just to ship something out- came out with a bag full of stuff. Stickers, greeting cards and scrapbooking stamps, all while my son kept busy at the "lil hands basket" of toys.
