Do not know how to pack – I went there to have a display model packed and shipped. It cost $25 just to box it. I trusted that they knew what they were doing. It arrived broken, and now I am presenting a broken gift to someone special. I it was packaged right, it would've been safe, no matter how Fedex handled it, . Shame on me for not just going to UPS directly. They at least know what they're doing. Shabby.
