Definitely do not use this place for “Happy Returns”. Person working there doesn’t like doing them. Complained about it the whole visit. Drive to the ALWAYS friendly and lightning fast folks at the actual UPS Store.

Frankly the worst service I have gotten in a long time. I needed documents notorized so I took them to this establishment. I then drove all the way to Springfield, IL, to submit the paperwork and I was told at the state facility that the the documents were improperly filled in by the notary. They sent me back to redo them.
