I drove many hours to get to my fingerprint appointment. When I got there, the system was down. No big deal and not their fault. They said they would call me once it was back up to re-schedule. They never called. So I called to follow up and got my appointment later that week.While there I shipped a package. UPS returned it stating they could not access the building. They are knowledgeable, friendly, super helpful and can handle anything! They have taken great care of my printing, shipping and multiple other needs for years. They make it easy to do business with them!
Very fun place that just happens to be the best and most convenient for shipping packages. I tend to ship a lot of stuff to grandkids and kids, but they make it fun by having so many things to peruse while waiting for them to box up my stuff for shipping. Excellent assortment of unusual gift items, as well as equipped to do my fingerprinting for being a nurse. Unfailingly upbeat and sweet, as well as VERY patient with this old lady (me), who is usually sleepy.
This place is awesome. They are authorized shippers for Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS. and they offer so many more services. I go here instead of the post office whenever I need to ship something. AIM is really useful and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
I used them for notary and making copies. They are not for just mailing. They are very client friendly
They are awesome! When UPS dropped the ball, they stepped in and helped remedy my issue. I highly recommend them for all your mailing needs. You guys rock!
