We reserved a limo for two teenagers to be picked up from a concert at 11:30pm. Driver never showed up and didn't bother to call until 12:30am with a lame excuse! He stated that it would take him another 45 minutes to pick up the girls. Unacceptable! Don't trust this service with anything important!They also tried a nonsense switch with us and tried to charge double for a hummer when we wanted a limo. Initially communication was difficult with Aim Limo. Due to the fact that they'd oversold their Living Social vouchers, I couldn't get my original 4 hours in a lincoln town car as the voucher stated. After talking over the phone, they agreed to give us an upgrade for a shorter amount of time. I was somewhat frustrated as this wasn't what I'd paid for, but, since we were able to negotiate, I figured I'd let it go. Ruined Our Prom – We were originally going to go with Aim Limousine as they were really nice to us on the phone and gave us a good deal for a limo for six hours for prom. However, as soon as we were about to pay the down payment, they told us that we had to pay for a minimum of eight hours, no less. We asked to talk with the manager, but he simply did not answer our calls, and when he finally did, he was extremely rude to us. I highly recommend Aim Limo – They arrived on time with a perfectly clean and almost brand new Hummer. We enjoyed ourselves and will use them next time we need a Limousine.

The worst Limo experience you can imagin – The night started off with the driver not being able to find the apartment, needing to call the customer for directions. From that point with a stack of MapQuest direction and addresses the driver could not find the route or even know where he was stationed at! One of the girls had to leave the group to sit up with the driver and help him find his way after an hour of being lost. They operate a $120,000 limo and it is not equipped with a $99.oo GPS. Terrible Service – The limo was nice, but that was the only good thing. The driver was late because he couldn't find our address. Repeatedly got lost even after he was given addresses and directions to each stop the day before. He also became confrontational and rude with us halfway through the night, even yelling at the bachelorette. He didn't open or close doors for us, I have never had this happen with a service you are paying top dollar for. Also we ordered champagne service, and they forgot to put it on the limo.

Great limo experience. – Hired Aim Limousine for my 15 yr old daughter and friends. The driver was early, letting the kids have plenty of time for pictures and riding around before reaching destination. Also on time for pickup. Office staff was very helpful and took time to call the day of and after to make sure everyting had gone as planned. Limo was very nice and the kids had a ball. Will definately use again.
