Had to replace furnace. They came in and did the job. Were friendly while they were there and efficient, but one employee cut metal on top of our Ping Pong Table leaving scratches all over. There was no real resolution to it. They did not turn on AC when they left so they had to return in the summer to get that back on. They also told me they would put a panel in the wall where they had to cut a hole and they never did. Had to buy one on Amazon myself. Andrew with Aim High was informative, respectful and communicated effectively during the repair process. After many bad experiences with prior companies with similar services, this one was different. He was even patient with our small dog who was a bit much. Great experience!

Our furnace wasn't working properly, it was shutting off and then wouldn't turn back on, and we were able to get a same day appointment. David was our technician and he was amazing! He showed up before our appointment window and very quickly went to work to figure out what was going on. He was transparent and braced us for the worst, but spent extra time troubleshooting to ensure he had all the answers for what was going on.
