We had some issues with the AC with the fan motor going out and they were able to replace it at the low end of the estimate coming in under 1k in spite of it being a hard to get part as it was a combination AC unit with a heat pump.

I have been paying a monthly membership fee specifically because I was promised priority, same-day service if my HVAC system ever failed. That peace of mind is exactly what I believed I was purchasing. After returning home from being out of town, I discovered that my air conditioning was completely out. I called expecting the level of service that was represented when I signed up, only to be told that the earliest available appointment was one week away.
