Thought I got a good home trusted Marc that he didn’t find any leaks after he said he ran all the faucets and the shower Well here I am a few months past my purchase trying to put an insurance claim for a leak that ruined my floors and has mold growing on the inside of of my walls the plumber came out said long term leak and long term damage which means AAA denies the claim so hire him don’t hire him I don’t care but I wanted people to to know THANKS Marc

I was very nervous about possibly buying an older home. Marc was very thorough with his inspection. He answered all my questions and was very patient as I had many! He took the time to show me how to test the functionality of items in the home. He was able to give me cost estimates and put in order items of most importance. And told me the only item he would be concerned about if he was buying, and also took a sample and gave me the info for a place to have it tested!
