Arrived with my child more than 15 minutes before our appointment, only to wait over 30 minutes before being told the doctor still wasn't available and there was no estimate of when we would be seen. As I had another commitment, I decided to leave. I was then told this would be a "warning" and that a AUD 40 cancellation fee could apply next time if I left before being seen. Dr. Ye is the best GP I’ve found in Melbourne. My kids, parents and cousins all see her. She’s quick to figure out what’s going on and always gives clear, practical advice, which really puts us at ease. She’s very experienced and truly cares—sometimes a small reminder from her helps prevent bigger issues later. Truly appreciate her help and care over the years.
Terrible booking system, patient registration and fee schedule
医生都挺不错的，就是前台态度差，还不机灵，乱收费，我是自费有私保，说量身高体重要另外收费刷我医保卡，问多少钱，又不说，每年都要收额外的钱就算了，就从来没听过这回事。想讹钱想疯了吧
