the clinic is fine but it's just impossible to reach reception. last time i called it just straight hung up on me and for the last half hour i have tried calling only to be met with "all circuits are busy try again later" no option to leave a voicemail and i took the day off work for my appointment. i don't know if i'll ever reach them and there's no other way to contact them.
At the beginning of December, I booked an appointment for my son to see Dr. Ye about his blood test results. No one informed us that the “annual fee” is charged based on the calendar year. After that visit, I booked another appointment for my husband to have a blood test. Again, there was absolutely no mention that the fee would reset in January. Both appointments were not urgent. A very child-friendly clinic with gentle and helpful nurses.
The nurses and reception staff are all very hardworking. The clinic is always extremely clean, and booking online is super easy. I’ve always been bulk billed, which is great. The doctors are professional and responsible, and the range of services is very comprehensive.
