I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. They seem to prioritize profit over patient care, creating and applying their own unclear rules for fees. Charges were not properly explained beforehand. What’s more concerning is the lack of empathy or professionalism from the staff. When I raised questions about the fees, I was met with dismissiveness instead of genuine care or clear explanations. 去年第一次约医生的时候说要交gap fee，而且要约同一诊所但是不同的医生也需要再交一次费用并告知只需要交一次，没有提及每年一交。前两天预约却收到要重新缴费，打电话过去说是新的policy，而且如果拒绝交费就不能预约医生。这家诊所真的在乎病人吗？我们只感受到了它们家在不停的向病人们索要各种费用。已经向Health complaints Commissioner 与ACCC投诉

I had no issues with the GP themselves – they were professional and helpful. However, the clinic clearly prioritizes profit over patient care. I felt pressured into paying for extra services that didn’t seem necessary, and there was little transparency about fees until after services were provided. It felt like every step was designed to increase the bill. It's disappointing when a healthcare provider puts money ahead of the patient experience. I won't be returning.
