Lost my garage door opener, allowed my tenant to move out six months early, the tenant thought she signed a month to month lease. I have been calling for months and no response. And scheduled meetings and was no showered multiple Yes. I do not understand next steps to get help From company. Not going well at this time and wish I could just a call or text or email back. Only Need 1-5 mins of someone's time. Starting to get invoices from The city due to what Aim Corporation is doing. I
Extremely frustrated with this company. Absolutely terrible at answering/responding. Been trying to get numerous maintenance requests resolved for weeks now. AND they won’t help me figure out how to access my mailbox. Don’t recommend leasing under them.
Does not respond to texting or phone calls. Connected once by phone. Update… I would like to thank Austin Perry and his team for calling me and texting me concerning the rental I was interested in. Austin went out of his way to help me work things out and get into my new home. Once connected moving in and getting settled has been a breeze compared to other moves I’ve made. Thank you again AUSTIN PERRY you really are a 5 Star company!
