i rented from them and they left the utilities in my name almost six months past my lease was up and now i’m being not only charged by consumers but moved out of state and never even knew this was happening and now in collections and being attacked to credit bureaus and credit scores affected and of course can never reach austin and wont return emails either.very unhappy with this company and how they treated me

Lived in the same place for 7 years, never missed a payment, cleaned up and repainted the walls before we moved out. AIM never responded to emails when we had issues the entire time we lived there and we had to contact the landlord or call another company on our own to get anything done. They also didn’t return our deposit, I have emailed them several times on several of the emails they have used to email me with no response. They stole our money…
AIM corporation cost us almost $200 000 in damages when they managed our portfolio. 90%+ of our properties lost city certification during AIM's management. On several occasions have they shuffled people that were evicted from one of their units into other AIM managed properties. A tenant that was being actively evicted from one of my places due to non-payment was placed into another house that AIM manages. Austin, told us back then: "We don't know where she is.
