Extremely frustrated with this company. Absolutely terrible at answering/responding. Been trying to get numerous maintenance requests resolved for weeks now. AND they won’t help me figure out how to access my mailbox. Don’t recommend leasing under them.
Does not respond to texting or phone calls. Connected once by phone. Update… I would like to thank Austin Perry and his team for calling me and texting me concerning the rental I was interested in. Austin went out of his way to help me work things out and get into my new home. Once connected moving in and getting settled has been a breeze compared to other moves I’ve made. Thank you again AUSTIN PERRY you really are a 5 Star company!

i rented from them and they left the utilities in my name almost six months past my lease was up and now i’m being not only charged by consumers but moved out of state and never even knew this was happening and now in collections and being attacked to credit bureaus and credit scores affected and of course can never reach austin and wont return emails either.very unhappy with this company and how they treated me
