Great business with even better employees kind and curious only problem is when you are kind people tend to abuse you but they stay kind none the less.
The previous post is true. Don't let the person taking care of your love one miss. They don't even notify you the person is not going. Furthermore, the company will tell you "I am trying to find someone and will let you know". When this happens, you have to call them again but this time, you will have to leave a voicemail. In addition, no services are being provided in your end. When this happens, I hope you are working from home or your love one will be by themselves all day. Very very unprofessional, they never get back to you and when you call , the operator always answers but the rest are always busy. Firing people over the phone which definetly they could get sued without getting quit forms. I would give this place 0 starts. I am not sure who the owner or the ceo is but he/she needs to do some training for these workers or hire more employees so they can actually interact with clients and employees . Cece never ever gets back to any of your calls. Lack of customer service .
