Easy to deal with, very friendly , even threw in some free kindling with my 3 bags
Went back to aim timber again to give them another try and convenience to me for location. Never again am I going back, I was told someone would be with me in 5 minutes and I waited 20 minutes and no one came so I walked out. It’s happened before that’s why I’m posting now as it isn’t a once off. Has lots of people who work there looking at me as they walked past without saying a word, asking if someone was helping me etc. Don’t go here if you are looking for customer service.
Visited AIM building group to buy a slab of timber without any understanding about the suitable one for Niche shelving. Brett and Adam both were very attentive to what was required. Brett’s very knowledgeable and he explained about their amazingly beautiful, high quality varieties of timber until we find the perfect one. Brett gave the best deal, worth the money I spent.
