For the past several years, I have been relying on AIM for routine maintenance of my HVAC. AIM provides good communication, a thorough inspection, and helps me to understand the current condition of my HVAC.
Jordan was scheduled to arrive between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. He called much earlier to arrange an earlier time which I found very acceptable. He examined the A/C and I explained the symptoms. He pulled the non-responsive slave thermostat from the wall, after examining the connection he remounted it and the system started working properly. We were both puzzled, but the system was working properly and I have had no trouble with it since.
Jordan was the best- on time and communicated clearly and replaced what I needed.
Ricky was awesome. Came last minute after normal working hours to trouble shoot an AC issue. Diagnosed the problem and got it up and running. Highly recommend!!!
We've had these guys out numerous times to fix our HVAC. It still doesn't work. They keeps charging us for "fixes" then it's broken again in a few weeks. Use another company if you like your air conditioning running.
