I don't usually post negative reviews. However, I had a very negative experience with one of the store's customer service representatives. They have an unspoken rule that you have to buy a regular-sized item at its full price on the site in order to continue using their sample program. If you fail to do this, you're going to get repeatedly lambasted in a very nasty way. Please listen to me with this and take it seriously. The girl working today (January 31st) around 1500 had an attitude and put off a vibe that she did not want to work there. She was rude, impatient, unhelpful, and uncomfortable. Makes me want to just go to Sephora where the associates act like they like their job and are eager to help you.
Love this store. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
