Ailey Solar repaired my solar system after the original installer stopped returning phone calls. **** and ***** kept in constant communication about scheduling. ** and ***** arrived on time and got my system up and running again. They were professional, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The were also very respective of the inside of my house while completing work inside.

I decided to add a solar electric system to my house to save money and to do my small part to reduce consumption of fossil fuels. Panels were installed well. Their folks trying to connect panels to electric box were hacks so we found our own.System seemed to work fine for about 9 months. Since then consistent problems connecting to Comed (which allows us to bank energy for winter months). Ailey has not been able to resolve issue and has essentially abandoned us. We have lost months of banked energy because of this issue.
We had to have our solar panels taken down and put back for a roof project. It was done with care, accuracy, and timeliness. Ailey Solar Electric, Inc. cares about its customers.
