My first appointment with her for my thyroid. She took time and explained everything that I needed to know. Thank god my test results were good. She sent me a message right away saying all test results are normal. I have been to other doctors when test results are normal they don’t call or text. She’s really nice if you need an endocrinologist go see her.
I'm 67 with an osteoporosis condition, been under treatment with Dr. Westrick for 2 years. She is patient to share the details of different treatments available for me. The office and the nurse are always attentive to my question and inquiry. I'm very grateful for this care team.
She’s supposed to be my moms doctor. She hasn’t thoroughly read her my chart messages and follows up by asking questions that the answer was given already via message. My moms blood sugar has been all over the place and has drawn no concern from this doctor. No questions answered and NOTHING done. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares for patients you need to find someone else. 1 star is being generous
Staff were very nice and welcoming. Dr. Westrick spent more time with me than I anticipated. She went through my history and completed a head-to-toe approach reviewing if I was having any symptoms or issues that needed to be addressed. I left feeling confident in my care plan and overall I was impressed with the entire experience.
Horrible experience. Took me years to finally cave and see an Endocronologist. I drove over an hour to see her in hope she was worth it. She sent me an RX and 1 bood test. I had to call for follow up. All her nurses do is email through the portal and close the messages so I can’t email back. I want to have a conversation. I have questions! I called again.
