I went with my sister as a second pair of ears for a consultation about surgery. I was so impressed with Dr Hwang's thoroughness and expertise in explaining the situation to us. I immediately felt at ease and in good hands as did my sister. The assistant nurse, Malen, was also amazing and delightful. She created an atmosphere that immediately put us at ease.
