Dr. Caceres and her staff are excellent! I travel from out of town just to see Dr. Caceres. I have Stage IV Endometriosis and I wouldn't trust my care to any other surgeon. She's highly skilled and knows the importance of expert excision of endometriosis. Before I found Dr. Caceres, I had a surgery with a top gyn oncologist, but even he was no match for the advancement of my disease. Soon after my surgery I was going to the ER once a month. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Caceres after a lot of recommendations. Scheduled it no problem. Got an email saying it was scheduled with the nurse practitioner, not the doctor. Nothing wrong with NPs but when I request a specific person, and you schedule me for someone completely different without telling me, that’s a problem. I called back to change to the DOCTOR at 1:40pm on October 6, 2020.
