Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Dr. Aileen Bilyak’s office. I was given incorrect and misleading information, including the wrong address and unclear communication over the phone. As a result, I wasted around 50 minutes traveling there and back. When I arrived, I was treated in a dismissive and disrespectful manner and was told they would not see me — with no proper explanation. Aileen is a wonderful doctor. I was under her care throughout my pregnancy from the end of the first trimester all the way to delivery. She always truly cared about both me and my baby, and never pushed unnecessary things. I felt safe, supported, and confident in her care 🤍
This matter has already been formally documented, and I fully stand by the facts presented. The conduct demonstrated by this office raises serious concerns regarding compliance with basic standards of care, communication practices, and patient handling.
