Avoid coming here at all costs. They are very irresponsible. First, I was supposed to have my endoscopy, but I never received a call the night before with the time. When I called the office the next morning, they told me I was supposed to call, which I did, and I also sent a text message—but I still never received a call. Worst Doctor ever!!! Don’t go here please!!! Don’t make the mistake I made!! He’s so RUDE and doesn’t care about people!! Don’t get nothing done from this Doctor !!! Someone in Allentown needs to check on this clinic immediately because they are the worst! I regret everything!!
Today is my husband Surgery and yesterday afternoon we finally found out the time of the surgery. The person on the phone told us she would send the address where the bariatric procedure was to be performed; however, she never sent the information, and I had to call another one of your patients to get the details, since she never answered the phone either.
