Very disappointing experience, especially considering how much you spend at this restaurant. They didn’t have enough wine left to fill the glass I ordered, so they brought me a glass that was literally only half full. Our server explained that she would bring another glass of a different wine to make up for the missing amount and that the half glass would not be charged. That seemed completely reasonable. I had a pretty good experience at Aiko & Mumu, although some dishes were definitely better than others. To be honest, the sushi wasn’t really my favorite. It wasn’t bad, but compared to everything else I tried, it just didn’t stand out enough for me to order it again. The Wagyu sando, on the other hand, was easily the highlight of my visit! I recently visited Aiko & Mumu in Doral, and if there’s one thing you absolutely need to order here, it’s the Wagyu sando! 😍 I got to try quite a few dishes, starting with the Shigoku oysters and hamachi tataki. Both were fresh and a great way to start the meal. The Wagyu Waku roll was another highlight, combining wagyu with crispy shrimp tempura.
