I was inquiring about renting a commercial property from Aikens Group that has been vacant for a good while now. Initially everything was going well and I was put into contact with Jacob Parrish. We set a meeting to see the space and that is where everything started going down hill. RENTER BEWARE. I'm just so thankful we're out of this place. Within 7 months of living at Priority Place, my husband and I felt we had no other choice but to urgently break our lease and leave. We have never, ever had an issue at any apartment prior to this in our 6 years of renting. This is not a family friendly, support animal friendly, daily-life friendly place to live.
