I have had terrible service here. I can not get any help. I have had nothing but trouble since I got to this area getting any kind of help. Awful. I wish I could leave negative stars.
I recently had to do a congressional A literal act of Congress to get community care in the VA Aiken clinic on the same page to get a heart surgery scheduled for my veteran like really ??!! Oh yeah, we’ve also lived in this area since 2020 and he’s only seen his mental health provider maybe twice and it’s been over the computer both times such a disappointment.. They need to re-do the entire VA. They need to fire everybody there put in all new computer & Phone systems, then bring in all new people from top to bottom. And hav... read more
Overall awesome service. However, after having your vitals checked you may have to wait an extra hour. My doctor never sees me at my appointment time. Got there 30 minutes early called back and didn’t see my doctor until 2:20pm. My appt was at 1pm. Need to due better
Staff is super friendly and professional! Show up early to your appointment with the right documents and you will have no trouble.
