I had an incredibly disappointing and dismissive experience at Aiken Regional Hospital at 4:00 AM on a Sunday. I brought in my 2-month-old son, who is a former NICU patient and a triplet, because he had a low body temperature of 36.1°C, had vomited three times, and was highly lethargic. I had triplets who were all in the NICU; two of my babies just came home at two months, and I still have one baby in the NICU right now. The front desk staff is probably the worst I have ever encountered. They are rude and organized. They never return calls.

Absolute worse care I’ve ever experienced. They never explained the problem to me or my family. They were so rough with me I am still recovering bruises and busted blood veins. Never received discharge papers stating what they had given me or any after care instructions. I will never be seen here again. They honestly and truthfully need to be evaluated on care of patients. They could have killed me and when my husband explained this to them they didn’t even care and made him leave.

The girl at front desk in ER young black girl needs to go back to school to learn how to treat people,all others are awesome 3rd floor doctors and nurses are great😍
