Never can talk to anyone on the phone, I was given a 14 day trial of a medication and after the trial period there was supposed to be a full prescription can not get it done.Numerous calls with no results.
Very unprofessional environment. Husband was seen after his heart issues and basically made to feel he was out for some extra free time. Mind you, that was on the 1st visit after his extensive hospital stay for cardiac issues. Was made to feel as if he was faking it. Then, SEVERAL trips to the facility to get FMLA and disability docs filled out and signed! If you didn't have a heart attack before, they will raise your blood pressure to it.
Lol this place is a joke.... I handed the nurse practitioner a list of symptoms I was having and she ignored all of them and tried to prescribe me antidepressants.... Depression is a symptom to an autoimmune disease along with all the other symptoms I handed you woman.... You're a joke this office is a joke... Thanks to MCG I know what I have now.... Y'all are the worst doctors office I've ever been too again.... Aiken sucks so that's on me for expecting anything decent out of it
Dr. Marks and his staff were fantastic. He genuinely cares. The process, appointment, nd scheduling was a breeze. They had a mishap with their imaging equipment they promptly called me to take care of it at a facility close by, they hand walked my order to the facility and kept my original appointment time. Perfect place to be seen for orthopedics.
I scheduled an annual physical and when I arrived they told me that I wasn't eligible yet and sent me home. Then they billed me for the visit even though they didn't do anything. Unwilling to work with me. DONT GO HERE
